really quite disappointed with the service - still have stains on my coat and they have even given me a new stain on my coat!! not very happy at all and I expressed this upon picking up (even went back to show the stains) said there was nothing he could do... even though they still charged me £15 for one coat!!?? upon collection my coat also seemed to come with a lot of dark hairs .... would like to be contacted to have this resolved.

I was in the area for a few hours only and needed a flary jumpsuit taking up and they kindly squeezed me in and had them ready in time at short notice. The alterations are spot on and it's now the perfect length. The guy was also very friendly and smiley. Would definitely use again! Thank you :)

Got a suit dry cleaned and not a problem. At the same time I got a shirt repaired and it's a bit of a joke, won't be able to wear it till I've unpicked the 'repair' and taken it elsewhere.

I got my prom dress dry cleaned here, we asked if they could wash only the bottom, as the top had sequins, and we didn't want to get it ruined. When we came to collect it, all the colour from the sequins was gone, and when we brought it up with the man working there, he denied he washed the top, and said that, that's how he got it. He also rudely involved another customer in the argument (who was being very rude also), and was incredibly dismissive of the fact that he had ruined my expensive prom dress, that my family had finally paid to clean after 2 years. I do not recommend using this service, but if you do, I recommend you take a picture of your clothing item(s) the day before you bring it there, so you have proof. He said that we had no proof and therefore he couldn't get in trouble. One of the worst people I've ever met.
