keith murray1 StarAbsolutely useless since they were taken over by Look Smart in the summer of 2022. I use to take all my dry cleaning there, including lots of vintage clothes (my previous bill was £130) but now it's being run by Look Smart they're rubbish. I took a suit in to be cleaned, and they put a stain on the trousers and blamed me and told me they couldn't clean it. I check all my clothes before I give them to the dry cleaners and I know for a fact that there was no stain anywhere on my suit. It's a shame as before Look Smart took them over, it's was fantastic!Saturday 3rd September 2022

I was particularly thrilled recently, when I took a coat in, which had chewing gum all over the back. I'd pretty much given up, knowing it is a particularly tricky stain to remove.
