Greenside Boutique Cattery is licensed by Uttlesford District Council with FIVE STAR rating, license number 21/3823/ABOARD.
We are small family run cattery to provide the love and attention for your cat while you are away. We live on site to ensure your cat receive the high quality of care.
The cattery is located in the peaceful countryside setting about 10 minutes driving from London Stansted airport; 20 minutes driving from Bishops Stortford/ Saffron Walden/ Dunmow. Our cattery is built exclusively for cats and constructed to the highest standard.
We can accommodate 46 cats in different luxury chalet (large, extra large and interconnect suite) and all overlooking the field. All our guests are housed in individually heated suites. Leading from the sleeping area, there is a large covered exercise areas fitted with scratching board and each pen is separated with height sneeze barrier to prevent cat to cat contact, this again is for hygiene and safety reasons for the well being of your cat(s).

Catherine Martin-Jones5 StarSheila and her husband took brilliant care of our cat Simba. The cattery is on their peaceful farm, and the cats have spacious, clean cubicles. Sheila sent me updates throughout our time away and they were both very attentive to his needs. I thoroughly reccommend the Greenside Cattery, we will be back again!Wednesday 22nd June 2022
Erin Thompson5 StarI can't recommend Greenside enough. Sheila took excellent care of our cat, including having to deal with the vet to have medication sent out. She kept us updated on how he was and what was happening, and he came home a very happy cat. The cattery is well maintained, in a beautiful quiet rural location, and your cat will definitely be in safe hands with Sheila.Tuesday 22nd March 2022

Both very professional people, very committed to ensuring the cats are looked after to a high standard. Cabins are spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and safe for the cats. The regular updates we received during our week long holiday were lovely. Overall a very positive experience. Our cats are back at home now, relaxed and purring!Friday 12th August 2022

We hadn’t used a Cattery before so was a little anxious but there was no need to be as we were sent reassuring photos of our cats most days from Sheila.
