Andy Burr1 StarAbsolutely appalling customer service to members of staff chatting and laughing in the corner doing absolutely nothing rush-hour lunchtime one lady serving on the counter asked for separate occasions for one of them to help us serve whilst we were queueing all the way through and outside onto the street three times a day ignored the ladies help plea the fourth time she asked they then went out the back and didn’t even respond to her.
The lady who is less serving an Indian lady was struggling and stressed I assured her that she was doing a great job and said it’s shameful how they are ignoring her and not helping in rush-hour and standing to the sides laughing and joking like school children
I will never go in this place again just atrocious how the staff treated this poor ladyFriday 25th February 2022
