Bought a cheese & onion pasty from what looked like a hot counter. It was pallid & cold. I asked the young man serving if I could have it heated up. He replied that, '"We're not allowed to do that."' I asked for a refund, which he supplied. Apparently, this happens a lot. The pastry products are cooked, then placed on display in a cabinet which (owing to warm lighting) looks invitingly warm, but isn't. Customers then purchase an item, only to be immediately disappointed. GREGGS - surely you can solve this problem?? You're a bakery that purports to specialise in hot pastries. At the moment, you're a bakery that serves tepid imitations that deliver instant dissatisfaction. I should point out that the chap who served me was very decent about this and very apologetic. Credit to him.

Great little greggs! The woman in there are fantastic! Really chatty, and really helpful! Always chucks my cappuccino on as soon as I walk in the shop ☕ 😁
