The picturesque village of Claygate is one of Surrey’s “hidden gems”. Excellent commuting by train or car, superb state or independent schooling, and a good mix of local, boutique shops, restaurants and pubs.
Claygate offers a wide range of property from one bedroom apartments to mansion style homes, Georgian built homes to new builds and every period covered in between.
Run by local Director, Christopher Burton, who having been in that office since 2007 knows most of the people in the village and is regularly out and about trying to meet those he doesn’t. There’s not much Chris doesn’t know about Claygate and is always happy to impart his knowledge to buyers and sellers alike.

Having dealt with them 10 years previously on the sale of another property I didn't even consider any of the other numerous agents in Claygate when it came to our moving house. It was a fairly difficult sale (as these things can be) and I don't believe it would have concluded successfully without Chris's expertise and knowledge together with the support of his team.
