Sophie Jackson5 StarThe service I have received from Group 1 Assured has been fantastic. I have dealt with many dealerships but Group 1 Assured have been the best by far. My sales contact Lee Davies made me feel welcome to peruse the cars at leisure without pressure. He was transparent with the purchase details/options and communication between purchase and collection was great, sending video updates of my new car was a highlight leading up to collecting. He went above expectations by fixing a few ware and tear imperfections on my car where possible without request. The sales team were superb and not pushy at all.
The after care was spot on. I went back with a few snagging issues after a week of driving the car and nothing was too much hassle. All issues were resolved on the same day.
After reading some reviews I also wanted to mention that when I first viewed the car there some issues (wheel needed a refurb and a few other bits) but they sorted all of these before letting me take the away. They are used cars so wear and tear may be present if they have not had time to resolve them before you see the cars. Tim Reall1 StarGot car booked in for today (18/7) by the Group1Auto booking team.
Email confirmation showed 21/7.
I contacted the. Booking team to check and was told 18/7 is correct.
Get to VW dealer in Norwich only to be told the booking is on the 21/7.
This is really, really POOR customer service.
Never use to have a problem when this dealership was Robinsons..

Sean @ Group 1 was so helpful when I enquired about a car, no pushing or making me feel pressured.
It was a total breath of fresh air.
Happy to have the warranty package which gives me the peace of mind should any work be needed.
From the minute I test drove my new car right up to the day of hand over, I can honestly say it was a really pleasant experience.
So many garages make you feel pressured as a customer.
