Useful shop, great online discounts, shame they can’t offer the same price over the phone but not the end of the world. But 1 star as every time I have visited the older guy on the right hand side of the reception makes you feel very unwelcome and like you are a inconvenience being there. And also always short changes you. If it wasn’t for this then I would be a 4/5 star rating. Politeness and good customer service costs nothing but makes a big impression to the customers

I use gsf/europarts regularly and have no issues with the parts I buy, this 1 star is for the staff member who is very blunt, you walk in and hes always there on the right looking like a fed up child....try having a bit more customer service and positive body language towards customers and dont panic your face wont crack if you do attempt a smile :)

The most unhelpful and ridiculous company in Southampton area. Bored staff has got allergy to foreign accents and cannot be bothered to help customers. It is beyond belief that such awful company even still exist. Avoid at all cost! (I was after a moderately difficult drop link model to find and the guy refused to even check the catalogue) I wish you a speedy bankruptcy. Added: There you go, you Brexit loving piglets: my issue was sorted out in 4 minutes in another, foreign customer friendly auto part company and the part customised in 10 minutes on my driveway then MOTed in 45 minutes. Ludzie - miejcie honor i omijajcie gnojków. Te dupki nami gardzą.
