When I found the right car at GTJ the customer service was far better then anywhere I’d been. I test drove at least 6-7 cars before finding this one and I could straight away that it was the one for me. Glen was very quick to answer emails and was really helpful. Was very easy dealing with him and I would definitely recommend them. Now… I was looking to buy a car and was cautious of being ripped off , I had questions and glen dealt with my MANY inquiries really well and patiently! When I had finally decided on the one I liked he helped me get it all sorted and delivered to me as I was unable to collect! I can’t recommend them enough incredible customer service and very fair on pricing! I feel confident that if I was to have a issue… I could not be happier about my purchase I saw James and he answered all my questions (and there was a lot). Nothing was to much trouble for him. When I came in I met the owner Glen and Triss and they where very accommodating it has a true family run feel. I have had questions since buying the car and they have answered them for me. I have bought cars in the past and all they care about is… Top chaps at GTJ cars. Bought my daughters first car on Wednesday last week, it was delivered on Saturday. No fuss, no pressure selling, just decent honest chaps who sell genuinely very good cars at great prices. A refreshing change. I highly recommend going to see Glen, Triss and James, I will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys from a very happy father & daughter. When I arrived at gtj cars the staff were very happy to help me to find the best car I was looking for. My budget were meet at full and the car was surprisingly well looked after. The maintenance made by them were amazing and all the specifications of the car were also fully accomplished. Glenn was brilliant. Really helpful helping me with finance, car was ready and delivered to my home in quick time too. Always helpful, friendly and responded in quickly to messages without making me feel like a nuisance. Car is great too. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

Purchased a car 3 weeks ago had no end of issues and also still no log book!! Once sold no one gets back to emails or calls. I made the mistake of buying a car through only talking on phone and photos and would never do it again. So far needed new battery a new drivers seat back door handle boot latch. After reading reviews thought they were reliable so just be aware
