Piers Wilson5 StarI rented a house in Hook through Heart and it was all handled very smoothly and professionally. The check in, contract renewals and whenever repairs were needed (which wasn't often) they got promptly sorted out by Anne-Marie and the team there. The final check out went smoothly too and the full deposit got refunded so the service has been good throughout.Wednesday 6th September 2023
Kumar Siva1 StarProperty is good, however prior to moving the service that I received wasn't that great including from Chloe as she arranged the viewing. I went to collect keys they didn't let me have the keys due to home insurance wasn't taken, they could have told me in the first place or few days before. House is brilliant, but minor issues with thermostat, when I contacted I was told to contact property management. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and still not heard nothing back, including from Chloe /Anne-Marie nothing. Today I get a call from Gas inspection saying, it's not been done. I contacted Chloe to ask what's going on? She emailed an "Auto reply" please contact property management.Wednesday 1st November 2023
