The Haito Karate and Self-Defence Club was brought to life in 2022 by Sensei Gabi, who has been practising Kyokushin Karate (the strongest Karate style in the world) and mixed martial arts since 2004, allowing her to gain a different perspective than most martial artists. Finally, she was able to create a new way of teaching Kyokushin Karate incorporated with the most effective and useful self-defence techniques.
Her experience and passion for Martial Arts allow her to be fully committed to this job and give amazing personal experiences to her students.

Maxwell A5 StarSuch an amazing experience for kids and adults too. Took my 5 year old son to the classes to encourage him to learn how to be incontrol of challenging situations. The teaching, skills and discipline from Sensei Gabi on the students are amazing and life long lessons. He enjoyed the classes so much and practiced much that his older brother could not resist but to join the Haito!Friday 8th September 2023

Highly experienced instructor and definitely lots to learn from!!
She works brilliantly with kids, she teaches them besides karate, and also life skills, discipline, and fitness.
My daughter is currently training with her, and she absolutely loves it .

Luca Smusi5 StarMy son loves attending the sessions, and he enjoys each day. I think it's the best place to use all the extra energy the kid has and channel it in a useful way. In addition to learning a new sport, it also teaches them to be disciplined and focused. He has made a few new friends.Saturday 15th October 2022
