Unprofessional from start to finish. Booked in for an MOT, guy running the centre flapping about the huge workload and the tester audibly groaning at having to do an MOT at 4:50pm. Whilst waiting I witnessed a couple come in who had brought their car in 9 hours earlier only to be told it hadn't been looked at. Icing on the cake was the brake test, they do not have a rolling road capable to brake test 4 wheel drive cars so I watched a technician accelerate my car towards the workshop to test the brakes in a carpark no longer than 15 meters.

Absolutely appalling service. New to the area, was recommend this place due to the staff when it was Universal Tyres. Luckily have recently found out that non of the former staff are left so at least it doesn’t cloud judgement on them. Was greeted in a rude and un-approachable manor, did not feel that the staff neither had the knowledge or patience to even attempt to assist me. One of them looked like he had come straight in to work from an extremely heavy night out and wasn’t actually making a huge amount of sense. As a result I left, taking my car with me. Would not recommend at all.
