Ian Cottee5 StarWhen a windscreen wiper blade breaks you really a need a quick replacement! I could have looked at the Halford website (which I have since found very good too!), but instead I went to the nearby Halfords, Basingstoke store and experienced fantastic service. Within 15 minutes I had bought the correct blades and had them fitted, so I could be sure they were perfect - all for what I think was a very reasonable price! He will pickup the line after call has been transferred but he will keep waiting hours silent until you speak, and he won't introduce himself, you must say "Hello" to keep conversation starting, and then ask for his name, just to know it's "bicycle department". Then he will tell you it's best if you visit shop other day. Thank you!Monday 8th February 2021
