However, staff availability at points where customer enquiries are likely to be made is lacking. Both the bike and car counters are often devoid of staff and you might be in for a long wait even if there is someone present.

It was easy to place the order, and easy to be able to attend at a time that was convenient to me. Incidentally we have also used the nearby Halfords Autocentre and that was impressive too.
