jane owen5 StarNeeded a new car battery. Carlo made sure I received the correct one for the stop/start technology. He expertly fitted it for me then went out of his way to check my tyre pressures as they looked low.
So convenient to pull straight into the service bay outside the shop. As a female it is reassuring to have this facility at Halfords. Please carry on the good work I don't know what I would do without you!Tuesday 18th May 2021
Ed Teach5 StarI recently had occasion to pick up a heavy car battery from the store and while the staff are always friendly and helpful I did not expect to have a young girl offer to carry it out to my car for me. I consider this to be further indication of Halfords customer service. It was of no consequence to the young lady that I was a rather large man, she was still willing to do it and deserves commendation.Wednesday 21st April 2021

Jax and Bea Wilson-Draper5 StarNeeded to get some windscreen wipers replaced so popped to Halfords Farnborough. Staff were friendly and helpful and the wipers I needed were in stock and easy to find.
Although I had the option between Halfords own brand or a well known brand, there was only a £1 difference in the price so went for the well known brand.
Tills were very busy so had a bit of a wait but everyone was treated as a special customer at the tills so it was OK.
Fitting was offered but at £5 I decided to fit myself and it took less than a minute so couldn't justify the price but for lights or battery change I would probably pay the extra so that it was done right and they have the tools on the spot.Saturday 24th April 2021
