I've just popped in to purchase a car seat. I was given professional advice by Ben on the best seat for my requirements. He also told me how to fit it which was a bonus. Ben obtained the seat and brought it to the checkout and also offered to take it to my car for me . At the checkout, David served me and was professional and courteous. I was really pleased with the service that I received and the courteous staff that helped me. Will definitely visit again. What a difference a day makes. Went back to get some help to fit the seat and was told that I would have to book a slot. The earliest is next Thursday! If I had bought a bulb or wipers, I could have them fitted for a small cost but for a £120 car seat no luck. Have got a refund and a real disappointment at the service. Can't even say they were busy. I feel very let down on after service.

Love our Halfords. All staff working there are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Just had my wiper blades replaced..Took all of 20 minutes from enquiry to fitting. Well done to everyone there 👏 👍 😀
