In September 2008, Julian Carter and Tim Hart opened Hambleton Bakery, to produce top quality traditionally made bread for Hambleton Hall and Harts in Nottingham, and added a little shop at the front, almost as an afterthought; 10 years on, with a growing list of wholesale customers, Hambleton Bakery now has shops in Oakham, Market Harborough, West Bridgford, Stamford and Oundle.

Sara K5 StarI would say amazing bakery for us😜😜. Lovely n friendly staffs ☺️ as usual 😂 and very helpful too. Quite nice and small setting ☺️. I would to get gluten free bread from there when my husband was struggling with gluten. I would one of the best GF bread- a bit pricey but worst it 😸.
