Arrived within 5 minutes of telephone request.Took me from Lincoln Hospital A&E , time 23.20, to home when I needed a reliable lift. Very polite helpful driver. Very clean car. Slightly more expensive than rivals .

Booked a taxi which they said was fine and which they confirmed. They were late so I rang and said I had a bus to get to an appointment, they said they were having trouble with drivers, left it a while then had to ring and cancel because it wouldn’t of got to bus station in time so I had to cancel my appointment. And one time I booked a taxi at 11am for 10pm which was confirmed and it didn’t show up for half an hour, so I was stood waiting outside at night, and I had to ring them and they said they would try and get a driver. Ridiculous every time I book in advance they never show up on time! Very unreliable, taking on more work than they can handle.

Customer of 10+ years lost!!! 50% price increase (£19 to £28 on a 7 mile journey) total disgrace! Businesses cost more to operate right now so a small increase passed on to the customer is understandable but this level of rip-off will just put customers off going out altogether. Not the way forward. Would love to hear the owners justify 50% increase on this short journey?

The female customer service agent is extremely rude. She lacks phone etiquette and customer service etiquette. She has to be the rudest person I've ever come across in this city. I placed a call for a cab. She asked me a questiopn. I provided an answer. Then she kept on asking the same question over and over again. I still provided my answer in a clear and calm tone. Suddenly she cussed out and hung up. Such horrid behaviour.
