Felt no time pressure, and not rushed at all. Looking forward to the next visit. Samantha Reynolds2 StarMy husband visited today and had a brilliant time, so much patience and expertise to help him through the fun process of designing his first bespoke suit. Highly recommended, lovely shop, Stuart was a great chap, incredible range of fabrics, linings and design options, Paul thoroughly enjoyed the visit and can’t wait for his suit and shirts to arrive 😀
Unfortunately the suit arrived scrunched up in a box. No tissue or careful wrapping. Not even a inside label. The suit was a poor fit and despite returning none of the trousers fit properly. The cost of returning again (over an hour and a half drive) is prohibitive.
I ended up feeling really sad that my husband did not end up with something special and once the money had changed hands, the service and product fell well below expectations.Tuesday 10th May 2022
