Excellent service from start to finish . Always polite and helped with any questions. Turned up on time and picked up on time. Have used them twice and would highly recommend.

Terrible business, not only were they late to actually turn up (a day) and required to be called to get them to turn up, they then proceeded to only collect half of the requested rubbish claiming that that was the job (it was not). After phoning up to complain about half the job being left there (as one would), we was told that "it was our opinion" that the job wasn't done, and that it was theirs that it was done (bare in mind there was still a sizable space left in the van from the photos we requested). To add to the matter on top of that, the photos they took of the "finished" job, it appears as if they actually took photos at an angle that actively hid some of the rubbish to make it appear that they took more than they did (and the rubbish hidden strangely was in a position that suited this decievement). I only found this out after having to down to the location to get more photos so we could get another company to actually do the job. I have never written a review for a company before that wasn't 5 stars, but between the terrible job, the dismissive woman on the phone, and the fact that even with the proof of the job being "done", there appears to be mal-intent, this company has left me stricken with anger and fury, do not, under any means, use this company, they will happily take your money, then proceed to do a subpar job claiming they did it (one could call this a scam)

Removed as my company's current supplier as Harpenden Skips is a badly run company, no customer care, happy to take money but don't try to complain as you will just get hung up on. Never keep to promises, very expensive, suggest you 'skip' these people and go direct. They are a brokers, meaning they just out source their work to other skip companies therefore they don't care and can pass blame. Had constant problems and gave too many chances. AVOID AT ALL COST.

We had a great experience using Harpenden Skips - as my company are on a busy industrial estate we gave them very specific drop off times and collect times and they couldnt have been more helpful. Giving very useful advice on the size of skip required. Would definitely use again.
