Welcome to Hatley Holistic Therapies.  Modern life is often a fast-paced, frantic, relentless slog, is it any wonder we get stressed, anxious, irritable and simply exhausted.

There's a very true and appropriate saying "Nurturing yourself is not selfish, it is essential to your survival and your well-being!"  But despite that, so few of us really make the time to care for ourselves as we should and often suffer the consequences, both mentally and physically.

My name is Carole Cooper, I am a qualified Reiki Healing & Indian Head Massage practitioner & hypnotherapist and would love to help you to put yourself first for a change, you won't regret it.

I have had a life-long passion for complimentary therapies and love to help people.  My therapy room is in the peaceful country village of East Hatley, near Gamlingay, Beds.  This is a beautiful location so whilst here, why not take advantage of the area.  There are lovely walks and the National Trusts Wimpole Estate is also just a couple of miles away and a great place to spend some time, (brilliant for children too).
