Warning! Hazell Flooring fitted my carpet with a large pole mark right across the middle of the landing (see picture) and left before showing it to me. When I complained, I was treated as though I was making a fuss about nothing – they said they sell lots of carpets with pole marks and I should “google it”. The carpet was replaced (after more complaints) with another piece that is less than perfect, has a faint pole mark at the top and my wall paper has been damaged. I would NEVER buy from Hazell Flooring again.

We’ve had Hazell Flooring in carrying out work throughout our house, ranging from different types of flooring to different size rooms. The showroom was full of inspiration and found Carla from the office exceptionally helpful, finding what would be suitable for a family home with 2 dogs. Really great service from the point of walking into the showroom to getting the 5 rooms fitted and finished. We have many more rooms to refit and will happily be back to Hazell Flooring.

Fantastic service throughout. I don’t usually do reviews but wanted to get out there how great this company was, and compared to others in the local area. Really helpful customer service at the showroom to support with choosing our DVT and carpet, good understanding of the different products and what met our individual needs, and able to give us a ballpark quote based at the time. The fitting was quick and actually done in less time than originally planned. Quote for the flooring was almost £500 cheaper than a different local provider with the same DVT and similar quality carpet. The quality of the products are great and the quality of installation and finish is high. Once works complete the final invoice was cheaper than quote due to less needing to be done which was an added bonus!

Amazing service from a family run business. from start to finish we could'net fault Hazell flooring. they came and quoted us and were very flexible to work around us. boked us in within 4 weeks. fitted the carpets that were better quality and cheaper than a certain carpet company called "Carpetr****t. with no charge fro the grippers either. They left us with plenty of off-cuts and even carpeted our cupboards and wardrobe floors at no extra charge. will be using again
