My son has attended the preschool at Humpty Dumpty for the last 5 months and absolutely loves it! The staff are all so caring and enthusiastic. They focus learning around things the children are interested in, as an example my son wanted London Bridge is falling down as the song of the week, this the got the class interested in bridges and how they work and so that’s became the focus for the next week. The nursery has so much outdoor space, with a lovely garden attached to the room. The kids are always outdoors which I love, building campfires, collecting water from the steam or playing in the rain. The staff really drive the children to make the most out of the space and encourage their imagination. The nursery have also just introduced a new app to keep parents informed which is particularly helpful at the moment as we’re not able to go into the classrooms because of Covid. The app includes general posts from the nursery as well as detailed information about our son, with photos, ability to comment and ask questions and details of lunch ect. They also create learning journeys each term for the kids. These are kept up to date really regularly with examples of things our son is doing at nursery. I really can’t recommend this nursery enough!
