First of all, booking an appointment online was a super quick and hassle-free process. The online booking is extremely easy and user-friendly, also for those not tech savvy. Secondly, the gas engineer was punctual and didn't leave me stranded like other engineers have done in the past! He's very knowledgeable and professional; he works in a clean and organised manner. He came in with a smile, was very polite and friendly which is a plus. His work is excellent and I won't hesitate to call him back if in need of gas engineering work. Highly recommended!

The heath electrical team replaced an old cast iron bath with a walk in shower enclosure. It is an old house with no straight edges, so this was no simple task, but the outcome was excellent. There is lots to recommend about the heath electrical team, who are individually and collectively professional, competent, considerate and hard-working. All in all, highly recommended

We experienced a fault with our boiler that the manufacturer's engineer was unable to rectify. He went out of his way to speak to the manufacturer on our behalf and then liaise with the Company's technician on several occasions. Thanks to their perseverance and trouble shooting knowledge, he was able to pinpoint the fault and now the boiler is running perfectly. We have used heath electrical on several occasions and found them to be reliable, conscientious and extremely efficient.
