We used Heath Electrical Services for the first time today as one of our lights broke and we needed it repaired quickly. The engineer they sent was called Charley - she was bang on time, super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Charley completed the task quickly and also helped with other bits we asked her to look at. We are very grateful for Charley's advice on different issues in the property and as a result, will make sure to request her personally when we use this service as we really liked how she works and treats her clients. We have subsequently also informed our neighbours and friends that if they need anything electrical done, they should call and ask for her!

Was very easy to contact and arrange a day for works to start, quote given at the start never changed either. Full rewire completed on a 3 bedroom house within two weeks with no issues. Very happy with the works and to have it fully completed in that time scale. Their plasterer did a good job too with covering up the chases. Would definitely recommend. The team were very polite, professional and knowledgeable too.

Once I have showed the engineer and his companion where the boiler was, I didn’t need to hang around them. Everything went well. All radiators were checked and made sure they were working. Also I had a new carbon monoxide alarm installed as the previous one had expired. Very thoughtful and professional of the engineer. The work was done on time.

I had a great experience, I had them installing spotlights in my new flat and they did an outstanding job! Positive attitude, clear quote and really good prices - I had to book the install team twice to get an extra LED installed on the wall (again, the result was ace!). Lovely guy who attended the property extremely polite and efficient explained what he was there to complete. I had just popped out when he attended he called to advise me he was here I was only 10 minutes so he advised he would wait. Was polite didn't appear to rush due to him starting late and had plenty of conversation and instructing on what he was doing.
