Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble. Room was clean and just what we needed, beds were very comfortable. Will be back.

Excellent service. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff was very nice and friendly. Since I visited with family they were able to accommodate our needs and always asked if we needed anything. Will definitely like to stay if in the area again.

Went to see a gig in the NEC which is a 25min walk. Great location and friendly service from owner. The twin Room is very good and excellent tea making services with bottles of water. Great for getting your head down after the gig. Piping hot Breakfast was amazing with a range of food and coffee. Will definitely use again. Thanks

This family hotel is excellent value for money! Rooms are clean and very practical for business travel. Staff is extremely helpful, catering to all your needs proactively. After having had a wonderful stay I booked the next week without hesitation!
