Helen altered my wedding dress and was so lovely to work with! Her communication by email was quick and thorough. She was so patient with re-scheduling through three Covid-related wedding re-bookings. In person she was really positive and pleasant. It was a nice touch that she was excited for my big day too and really made sure I felt perfect in my dress (and even advised on accessories). She has a lovely and clean workshop where she does her fittings. She really went above and beyond to not only do fabulous alterations, but also make sure I was well looked after. My dress is quite extravagant, so she showed me how to best get in and out of it, suggested adding ties for the bustle so I'd be able to dance and advised on how to store it properly until the wedding. A great service from start to finish!
