Deb C5 StarHelping Hands have been providing some care sessions for my mum in the past couple of months. She really loves her regular carer who gives her a bath and takes her out to a local cafe. Whatever your requirements, the agency are great at providing it. Cover is provided for sickness and holidays so I don’t need to worry about those days the carer is due to visit. The staff are all caring and attentive, and the agency well run. Really pleased overall with their service.Friday 11th November 2022

The relationship between office staff, carers and customers is amazing and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of such an amazing team. The service they provide is better than I have ever seen before, and the training to become a carer is spectacular. I am confident I am trained in ever aspect that I need to be a good carer. The carers they have sent are exactly what I asked for. They are professional, punctual and nothing is too much bother.
If I need to change my care days/dates with the office nothing is too much bother and they are always accommodating and friendly. This is a welcome change to the last care company that I had who were an absolute nightmare.
So thank you Helping Hands.
