Natasha Selbie1 StarI made a booking with this company for an event. 2 days after confirming the price and booking I received a call to tell me they had decided the journey (that was already at a considerably inflated price) was now double the rate quoted and I was to take it or leave it.
The owner openly admits he just change his mind regarding the rates. Highly unprofessional, untrustworthy and not the kind of people you want to be stuck in a late night taxi with. Do not use this company, there are luckily plenty of others in the area.Friday 27th May 2022
Kirsty Anne1 StarMe n my partner rang this Taxi Service n they said he would be 15 minutes max as we ordered Tops pizza n had to be home to answer the door to the delivery man, and we waited and waited n he didn’t show up. Then we rang back up n said where’s are taxi what the hell is going on.. we ended up waiting for over n hour for a taxi. then had them lie n say that he was 7 minutes away n wasn’t! then further kept lying about the time n all that. We also informed them that I am 2 months pregnant, it was dark n cold… bloody ridiculous never again!!Monday 25th April 2022
Jacob Harding1 StarCalled for a taxi quarter past the hour and got out of work by half past - driver claimed he waited 10 mins and drove off. No phone-call and no effort to rearrange just got told they won’t be sending another taxi. Not at all helpful.Thursday 21st April 2022
