Part exchanged my 15 plate Fiesta for a larger car. I was accommodated by a number of staff (due to current covid restrictions, staff are in on different shifts). I felt the communication was joined up and seamless even though different sales people were dealing with me. I picked up my car Saturday and handover was really easy and pleasant. Happy with my new vehicle so far, will return for future service and MOT.
