My other half and I tried many places, we nearly gave up looking as we were not happy with any. Until Heritage Classic Fireplaces! Debbie was recommended by a friend of ours and I'm so happy we did carry on as it the finished product looks absolutely fantastic. The level of service was absolutely impeccable, Debbie is the loveliest lady and is very honest. We have a tiny chimney breast so nothing would fit properly and that what did - we just were not 100% with. We changed the design and what we wanted so many times but none of that was an issue for Debbie, she was so patience with us, she even drew an idea of what we could do after all the feedback we were giving, went to the manufactures and sorted a bespoke design for us. We're not even in the house yet and the people that have come to do some building work for us, have ALL commented on how nice our fireplaces is and who did it for us. The best service going, a wonderful family run business and the nicest fireplace. What more could you ask for? 5*

We can't recommend this company highly enough! From the advice when we went to look round, to the installation, everything was 1st class. Debbie's help & advice then the professionalism of Magnus in the quality and attention to detail throughout the install gave us a great sense of being in very capable hands. We're thrilled with the finished product and look forward to many nights of warm toes in front of the stove!

Heritage came recommended by our neighbours who had their stove installed by the company and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The installation was quick, clean and very professional and we also had advice to help us choose the right stove. Couldn't speak highly enough of the Heritage team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace or stove.

Debbie is friendly, helpful, reliable and very knowledgeable, so is Johny who came and did a free survey and then paid 2 visits to install our new fire/fireplace. He is also a very good and clean worker. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted so Johnny sprayed some silver black for me and put in slips to make our mantle work. It looks really nice. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you to them.

A five star service, we absolutely love our new marble fireplace! A great showroom with various styles. Debbie is hugely knowledge, helpful and prompt and the fitting service carried out by John was professional and super tidy! I wouldn’t hesitate using Heritage Classic Fireplaces in the future.
