A fantastic company to work for, the manager is outstanding and only strives to provide the absolute best care for her residents and is the most supportive, caring, understanding manager I have worked for. The staff provide outstanding person centred care and they all go above and beyond their job role. This is a home from home, specialist dementia care home.... Health care professionals rate our home as one of the best and will always recommend our home to families and other health care professionals.

I have worked at highview for 5yrs now and it's the best care home I have worked in and I have worked in many It's like going from home to home. The manager and dutpy manager are very helpful,caring,and understanding with residents and staff. I thoroughly enjoy working for the company but it feels more like a family.

My mother has been a resident at Highview for 6 years and in that time her level of care has changed considerably due to mums Dementia .The Mangers have always kept myself and my family informed and updated regarding mums care and i’ve always felt able to ring 24/7 to discuss anything ,the staff i have encountered have treated me with kindness and shown an upmost respect for my mum and i can see she is very well cared for and has a good balanced diet .mum loves company and the home entrainment is varied from a professional singer to baking to bingo and trips out even through the recent lockdown the staff continued to keep the ladies spirits up .I would recommend Highview to anyone wanting peace of mind in placing a relative into a home .thank you to the Managers Mrs Burton and Mrs Keen and the rest of the staff for everything you have done and continue to do for mum .lisa

Brilliant home, lovely warm and welcoming. Been here for 8 years and wouldn’t work anywhere else. Management are amazing and it so homely. I never felt so welcome and happy in this place of work. Can’t fault anything.
