John Hart5 StarWas about to buy a new laptop but remembered that my old broken one was buried in a cupboard. Highway did a great job at bringing my partner's laptop back to life, so I asked them to take a look at mine. They replaced the old, ruined hard drive with a solid state drive, which is faster and more reliable, and now the laptop's like brand new. Even though the old hard drive was wrecked, they managed to recover all of the data from it and put it on the new drive, including loads of old photos that brought back great memories. Bryan John Orwell5 StarI am very happy to recommend Highway Computer Specialists for their prompt and professional approach to a hard disc problem on my iMac. My machine was collected and returned by Wayne who remained in contact - including over a weekend - throughout the firm's attempts to recover my data and, alas, to install a replacement drive (from mechanical to SSD). The company has done its very best to solve an individual customer's domestic machine collapse and has done the very best to retrieve as much data as possible. The machine was collected on Tuesday and returned, repaired, on the following Saturday. I am over the moon with the fast communication and turnaround of my request. I didn't know which firm to turn to. A friend recommended Highway Computer Services who happen to be based in my home town. If I have further mac needs down the line, I will certainly be coming back to Wayne and Highway Computer Specialists.Sunday 8th May 2022
