Rubbish! Don't reply to calls as promised didn't get the parts but didn't tell us so my wife had to travel to hospital appointments by taxi when she could have had the car back suggested it wasn't their fault and I should be chasing their suppliers didn't seem to understand that was their job to do. I found them unreliable, untrustworthy and thoroughly unprofessional, I wouldn't take my car there to have it washed let alone anything else!

Had to use these guys to get my car repaired after small accident. Was a little bit shocked to be told payment had to be in cash initially as most businesses now take card payments surely but needed the work doing so accepted this. After my initial quote for work was advised to me after checking for cost of parts, I was informed a new part was needed but bit the bullet knowing a car has to be stripped to know what's wrong so this could happen. When I went down to collect the car dissaray as nobody could find the invoices, however the guy who did the repairs advised his colleague it was the cost of the original quote plus new the new part which in his words was twenty of thirty quid. Imagine my shock when the full invoice was nearly 500 pounds over what I was originally quoted. But the best was yet to come as having paid up and driving away my car was overheating. I couldn't bear to take the car back to somewhere I wasn't happy with, so took it to another garage to be told that whoever had done the repairs hadn't hooked up the hose back to the radiator and the coolant fluid was draining out. Give this garage a wide berth is my best advise !!!.

This is a brilliant garage. Jordan in the body shop did a fantastic job on our car, the mechanical side is just as good, highly recommended for all motoring needs
