A few years ago I would have given the company a 5-star rating. For a few decades now I have used various Hilton Herbs products for my horses and dogs. The effect is subtle and takes a while to be noticed, but I have liked the company and recommended them to my clients. I understand that the pandemic has made the shipping and distribution more difficult particularly since England is in the grip of a new variant of the virus, but it does not explain the unreliable customer service. Since I ordered from Hilton Herbs USA, I thought that they have a distribution center in the States, which does not seem to be the case. I have contacted the company itself as well as their HelpBot Herbie. Herbie was of no help at all and I am waiting to hear back from the company itself. I am changing my review to 4 stars and am inclined to go back to 5 stars, if Hilton Herbs could make a fairly simple change in regards to informing customers if/when an order has been shipped. As is often the case, my order arrived the day I wrote the negative review, giving 1 star initially. Since the status of my order was always "processing" which indicated to me that it had not been shipped, I had no way of knowing that it actually was out for delivery. I also received an email from a company representative 2 days later. In fact, the ordered items arrived in a timely fashion, but since I was so completely kept out of the loop and desperately needed one of the items, I ended up placing another order for the same item with Amazon, something I try to avoid whenever possible.

Charming business in the Country 16th century buildings in the village so 20 MPH top speed for lorries. Pretty tight reverse into yard but easy enough !! Great people great location !
