Despite being so busy they were so kind, had some thoughtful suggestions and really took the time to ensure the alterations would be just right. Rachel Elizabeth5 StarI went to get my wedding dress cleaned this week. Needless to day after an incredible wedding, my dress was no longer white and was very dirty! However, Hitchin Dry Cleaners made it brand new, it looks AMAZING!! Not only that, but they got it done in 4 days for me ready to wear at a blessing in my grandparents church this weekend. The customer service was incredible, such kind ladies who were so personable. The best customer service I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend their services. Linda Gray5 StarTook my daughter's wedding dress to be cleaned with not much hope as it could have told the story of the day from all the stains! I knew from speaking to the lovely lady there that if anyone could sort it then it would be her - and she did! She did an amazing job and we are absolutely delighted and owe her a very big Thank You!! She went above and beyond to do the best job possible - she was even open on Bank Holiday to keep up with her workload. This will be my 'go to' cleaners from now on 😃Tuesday 7th June 2022

I have been extremely happy with my jumpsuit alteration and they worked so hard to ensure it was perfect for the event … and all within 4 days. I took a coat and jacket that had faux leather detail on both, that needed replacing. It was a real labour of love! Their time and patience has resulted in me having a coat and jacket that is as good as new again!
