5 star service, found them on Facebook and set them a message, got a reply straight away. Delivery was very quick. Couldn't get a big lorry near my house to deliver my sandstone slab as i live down a private small road, so they put it on a small van to get down my drive, and the driver was very helpful. Great service at a great price.

Excellent service from these guys. We ran out of sleepers late (Easter) Saturday afternoon and in a panic I scored the internet to find somewhere that would be open for us to go pick up the last 30 or so sleepers we needed because the works were continuing through the Easter Weekend... Finally found these guys and messaged late Saturday, and to my amazement, they were more than happy to accommodate and let us collect what we needed Easter Sunday morning... the lads are out the back working hard cutting and fitting those sleepers in my garden as I type! Great quality sleepers at a reasonable price and so very thankful for you accommodating our very last minute, urgent need!! thanks!

An excellent and very professional team at HLS, very very helpful. There prices are extremely competitive and didn’t feel I was saving on one item, to get tucked up on the next three like most well known merchant shops. I highly recommend giving these guys a go, thank you HLS

Superb customer service! I've been using builder's merchants for many years and I can say that this is by far the most "user friendly" service I have ever encountered. Just some of the positive points are; Their prices are very competitive. They answer the telephone quickly. They take the time to explain if you are not completely certain of what it is you need for your project. The drivers I've encountered are brilliant and will help place the materials if they possibly can. The invoicing and payment process is very quick and easy. Chris and Patryk are both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but HLS is an exception and I will be using them the next time I need materials. Thoroughly recommended!
