The Head chef at the Home Sweet Home, Dan, has been working here for over seven years and comes from an excellent background with solid formal classical training. Dan takes genuine pride in producing food the the highest standards consistently.
Domenic, the new landlord here at the Home Sweet Home has also been a member of the team and previous Home Sweet Home Head Chef. Dom is obsessed with details and constantly striving for continued improvement.
Our Sous Chef Ben, the newest member of the team. He is also formally classically trained and has experience working with some of the countries best chefs. Ben is always trying new ideas and pushing his own skill set.
