As a client with a moderate brain injury n other conditions as part of my rehab I used homecaredirect to employ a rehab assistant. The service they gave me bought me nothing but stress and the ethos of the company is a person centred approach was totally lacking. I recieved no personal calls but a barrage of emails were they dismissed me because I raised a concern. I can only say be very careful n I raised my concerns with the cqs n headway. I have been treated with very little regard. Absolute nightmare n my assistant is now self employed. Where I have now been able to carry rehab in peace. Without paying for a company who contributed nothing but stress . Demonstrating a lack of understanding to the plight of my brain injury n understanding I'm a person still in my own right
