Had a lovely experience today in the Norwich branch when returning an item - I bought my dad a coat which was too small and he went back and swapped it for a larger size. He didn’t have a receipt as I had kept it by mistake but Anne Marie a helpful assistant allowed him to swap it with the help of her manager. My dad (Craig) left happy and wanted it to be noted that Anne Marie was extremely helpful and was super impressed by her demeanour and level of customer service. He didn’t want to tell me he’d swapped it but felt he should as it was such a nice gesture by the store and in particular the staff. I included his name as he wanted it to be noted that he’d promised to email a positive review as he felt so grateful! Thanks again!

I needed to buy a new suitcase and their were some good bargains to be had. After looking over the stock I chose what seemed to be good value suitcase. The lovely lady serving at the till whose name I sadly didn't get was most helpful offering good advise and being very helpful while I was deciding what to buy.

This is an excellent shop when you shopping at the store but if you shop online it's absolutely terrible when you need to return something . Purchased pair of shoes and they were to small tried to return but there is no way to do it , strange. There is no real customer services only bots N ai webchat or bot email . They don give you any options to talk with real person so you can ask questions and help online is useless . Returns label included with the delivery has different address then online returns , doesn't say if you have to pay for postage or not . So you going in circles and there absolutely NO HELP . DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE !!

Went to buy sunglasses today and a young guy stood by his desk facing back at us, clearly uninterested to be at work or to help. I went straight to another shop where the service was much better and purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses there instead!!
