Howdens - Buckingham

I am a new customer and needed a integrated cooker hood. I gave the measurement to the sales lady and the cooker hood was ordered. picked up the order 2 to 3 days later and it fitted like a glove. Thank you Mrs Patel, you are very professional and enjoys having a laugh. After deciding to use Howdens at Buckingham. The customer service was great from start to finish .Hannah from the Buckingham office was professional and a great help from start to finish coming out to design the kitchen and showing us our options.She organised everything .Delivery was spot on .Even when l made mistakes .Hannah was a phone call away and she sourced replacement parts straight away .The kitchen is in and finished and we're very pleased with it . Good service, even though order request didnt go through properly from the website. Buckingham didnt have the stock requested. But they did sort it by collecting them at bicester, so no real problem and they had a quick solution so, well done. Quality of linings is not the best, lots of wane, knots on edges, etc
