Superb service from Kevin and the team at Maldon. Very quick turnaround times and delivery the kitchen, including any additional items that I needed as the fitting progressed. Kevin was very helpful in turning the plan into a reality. Thanks to all.

Disappointed with Howdens customer service, have been trying to obtain RAL colour code for Fairford Blue in order to match additional items. Depot claim that Howdens do not have such information - so how do they check that the colour is consistent. Most unhelpful after spending ££££

Not sure that they want to make any sales by the way I was treated today when I called in to attempt to book an appointment for a survey/design. The designer was abrupt and dismissive, disinterested and quite frankly very rude. I felt sorry for the person manning the counter, who couldn't have been more helpful to me, but was spoken to very abruptly by the same designer. Note, added 1st September, the manager of this Howdens has contacted me to apologise, he handled the situation well, for which I am thankful.

Shockingly disgusting service from employee member Dan. How on earth he still has a job with Howdens is beyond me. I will be making sure that no-one I know ever buys a kitchen with Howdens. Disgusting behaviour.

If your slightly thinking of remodelling your kitchen call into Howdens of Maldon. They have a great selection of kitchens worktops doors, appliances and a whole host of other. Stuff. The units are not flat packed. It’s a small depot but big in a friendly and helpful service. Recommend.
