After living in my flat for 25 years I was nervous about choosing the right estate agent when I decided to put it on the market. I am so glad I chose the Bookham office of Huggins Edward and Sharp as from the moment I met Nick I felt confident in that he knew the market well and was able to give me advice and guidance throughout the whole process. Nick and his colleague Angela communicated with me on a regular basis and responded promptly to any queries I had. I would highly recommend using this company, they are very professional in their approach and from start to finish made my experience less stressful.

Absolutely abysmal service from the Lettings Team - Landlords/Tenants I would avoid. I called on 3 separate occasions to arrange a viewing for an advertised property and received no response. I then submitted a contact form via Rightmove yet still received no response - several days after the initial enquiry we were able to book a viewing - the viewing was conducted by a member of staff who was from a different branch who knew no information about the property. An email was sent with a list of questions and queries to Charlie from the lettings team with no response 5 days later I again called and made contact to be told the property was still available but the lettings teams don't work certain weekdays or weekends. Complaint submitted to the branch and recommendations sent to ARLA.

I have bought and sold many properties in my time and I have to say that Angela Campbell @ HE&S has been without a shadow of a doubt the best and most experienced estate agent that I have come across. Angela was instrumental in getting my sale across the line. She is commercial and always calm and collected under pressure. Her communication skills are excellent. She was very timely with her replies and ensured there was always great momentum by keeping the buyer, the solicitors as well as the rest of the chain engaged at all times. Furthermore Angela has taken countless calls on her days off even attending a meeting at my property just prior to exchange to resolve some last minute drama. I would have no hesitation in recommending Angela @ HS&E. If you're thinking of selling your property in and around Bookham there's only one choice!

Horrible memories of a known to them developer bullying me to sell my house at well below the market value after a tragic few bereavements father mother aunt uncle husband just after marriage and being taken advantage of by a.probate solicitor who started to sell my marital home which had been the home of my recently married husband and his late mother for many years and then was becoming our marital home .Same Solicitor also sold my lifetime family home Oh terrible terrible memories that have left my life well scared and in tragedy actually.Strange world we live in that gets worse.

Using Huggins and Edwards to sell our house was the best thing we did, as Angela Campbell was amazing! She found us serious purchasers and despite a difficult market we went under full asking price in a week. Angela’s work didn’t stop here as we had a very difficult chain and without her continuous hard work chasing solicitors and agents we firmly believe we would not have completed. Angela was very professional and knowledgeable throughout whilst remaining warm and friendly despite the pressures she was under. There are very few agents who are this honest and hard working and we would recommend her services 100%.
