Ricki Smith5 StarRang to see if they could have a look at a piece of trimming that had come loose when I had a blow out. Told to pop in later for them to check it out. Arrived, quickly seen, options given and then all sorted in 10 minutes! The team were polite, helpful, efficient and spot on. I cannot recommend them enough. They were fantastic! ian wells1 StarNick is rude and unhelpful. Lies at your face. Make promises and back off. When told will leave a review he swore at me and said he don't care. And his company is too bog to get effected by 1 customer not being . I couldn't believe my ears. But still in shock. Only of they sack nick would I ever consider them I hope rest of team is not like him.
By the way nick also said he will.make up story if I leave a review.so I am waiting.Wednesday 20th July 2022
