Bought a little reindeer ring holder from Hurn & Hurn for a girlfriend’s birthday. It arrived super quickly and in perfect condition. Apart from looking great he’s also quite heavy and feels high quality. Great product and service for the price, will be buying again.

Easy to work website, decent and fair prices. Often free delivery next working day (possibly subjected to how much you spend) if free delivery is important to you make sure right box is selected as the options come up (however, free delivery is normally auto selected as default) I’d say possibly too much packaging, yet still 5* as nothing was damaged. I believe this to be a trustworthy company. Thanks for my order.

Ordered a product on a Saturday, and by Tuesday - 4 days later - had still not received a dispatch note. I enquired of their CS why the delay, and they said it wouldn't be despatched at weekends. Still doesn't explain why it wasn't dispatched on Monday. I have since chatted with Nick the proprietor and his attitude pleased me, he stressed that his employees' welfare was paramount. Good man. Also the product has arrived, and it is very good. So I have amended my review.

If you are looking for a professional service and exceptional customer experience you are in the right place. No hidden or random charges always explained to me before hand. Really helpful staff, always willing to go the extra mile (I added the wrong delivery address...a simple phone call and they corrected my error straight away. The lady was very professional and nice) Furthermore, their prices are great with huge sales :) Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Package arrived quickly but the presentation packaging for the (Orla Kiely) bedding was torn badly so box was unusable. It had clearly been taped up so whoever sent this out knew it was damaged. Won't be buying from here again.
