I used to use Ridgeons a lot before they were taken over. After my recent experience I will never shop here again. I purchased £1200 of bathroom furniture. There is no doubt that they are expensive but what took me aback just as I was finalising my order I was told that should I want to return anything I would lose 33% of the cost! Service is very lackadaisal. Steve in the showroom did not follow anything through properly and can only offer excuses. Delivery was late because he failed to ask for an earlier one as agreed. Missing items did not then arrive when 're ordered. More excuses, this time it's the fault of someone who has left. I simply would not employ him. On three different occasions he said that he would phone me; he never did of course. This is not the old style Ridgeons one could rely on. Goodbye
