Ightham bed and breakfast is five miles from Sevenoaks and is set in two acres of land…

We can offer the accommodation on a short term rental basis from one week up to six weeks – please enquire for availability & prices.

Our bed and breakfast offers guests privacy and peace. A king size bedroom and a twin bedroom are situated on the ground floor along with the spacious well equipped bathroom. A very large living space on the top floor has plenty of toys for children to play and a sturdy table football game too.

Spend the evening lounging on your 8 seater sofa while watching TV (sports/ movies/kids channels included). Relax on your private decked terrace with a drink, or pop into Sevenoaks to enjoy the varied restaurants on offer.

The two local pubs, The Harrow and The Plough, are within walking distance if you want to stay closer to home.

This is a bit more than the normal B&B as it is situated in a detached barn adjacent to the owners house. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs very clean and comfortable. Upstairs a kitchen an lounge area with sky TV, free Wifi and a few things to keep your kids entertained. Very quiet with a large garden, breakfast includes eggs from the chickens that live there. The nearby Harrow pub is a great little restaurant, which seems to be very popular and is only a 5 minute walk. (Looks a lot further on the map!) We enjoyed this stay far more than some hotel visits we have had in the past. Very highly recommended.

At Ightham b&b we have experienced a tranquil oasis, comfortable and cozy. The children loved the top floor access to a private woodland garden, the breakfasts are scrumptious, and the owners are charming.
