We had a great experience with InHouse. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Our house was listed promptly, got the asking price, and Annie was an absolute star, keeping the whole process moving for us and always quick to respond by email or phone. They really took the stress out of the process for us - thank you again!

Following our sale we received outstanding support from Annie, however overall I wasn't completely satisfied with the service I received from In House and probably wouldn't have used them in hindsight. From the get go I had to chase to get the valuation sorted. Steve was apologetic about this though, and ended up doing both the valuation and photos. Following our sale I sent an email asking for some advice on onward purchases as it was our first time selling and still to this day haven't received a response, despite being assured the team would be on hand to answer any queries we may have about the process. The team were incredibly pushy about us using the recommended solicitors, which were unfortunately a lot more expensive than other solicitors. Even after we exchanged I was still met with criticism about not using the recommended solicitors. I would say if perhaps you are a more experienced or confident seller than myself In House would be a good agent to use.

In House Estate Agents were warm and friendly from the very beginning. For the vast majority of our house purchase they were the first contacts with any issues or concerns. Our purchase has not been smooth sailing but Annie has been fantastic throughout, I would 100% recommend!!

Inhouse helped me get my first flat and on the housing ladder. Almost a month in and I'm already very settled in my new home. Diane was very helpful on my viewing and offered me sound advice as I've never done this before. When the offer was accepted I was put in the very helpful hands of Annie, who helped push along the solicitors/ conveyancing process. The only thing that let it down was that The sale took longer than perhaps should have been, but no fault in InHouse and I am very grateful to have managed to get a place. Annie was amazing in being able to keep the ball rolling between my solicitor and the sellers and driving forward progress. Big thanks to her!

Recently moved into a property managed by InHouse and Jon was very helpful responding to our questions and passing them on to the landlord when necessary. When we initially moved in, we found the previous tenant had failed to clean the property thoroughly but Jon ensured we were compensated for that. Great service
