​I can visit you at home to investigate your issues and I may also be able to help with all sorts of other little devices you may have that you just can't get to work like it says on the box. For more information about me and the services I am offering, please visit the About Me and Services pages on this site.  There will be no charge if I can't find out what the problem is or fix your equipment.​​ Since starting work in the 1980's, I have always been involved in a wide range of technology projects, including repairing PCs (hardware and software), cabling offices, installing phone systems and principally as a software Delivery Manager within Financial Corporations.  I have always worked with computers in the home, ever since they became household items. With this experience, I can bring a personal repair and advice service to members of the local community, helping out with all things digital which are giving problems. See the Services page of this website for examples of the things I can help with.  I know from personal experience that there are always little things going on with the home computer that aren't quite right. I am happy to help out with these things as well as offering a repair service for the bigger issues that you may experience with your equipment. I can also give general advice about the use of all sorts of other digital equipment in your life such as tablets, smartphones, smart speakers etc. There follows a list of examples of the services I can provide.  If the service you need is not listed, I might be able to help anyway, so please ask.
