Keely 931 StarI went last week, been going for a few months, I had her not to put some copper highlights on my parting but to blend them in. She put two streaks right at the front on my parting. I looked like a raccoon. Went home cried and dyed over it. Spoke to them the next day, said they would ring back to see if a refund could be offered for the colour(£35, but it was almost £60 in total), no one rang back. For the past few months the other woman there has been nice but put a brassy colour on EVERY TIME I’ve said I don’t want a brassy colour and then had to put a toner on and then charge me for it! And they’ve cut my mother in laws hair really wonky!Tuesday 2nd July 2019
